The Huehuetenango region has become a staple point for Guatemalan coffee over the years due to this particular area being totally safe from frost. Being a Medium/Dark roast, this brings a healthy challenge to the roaster because of its great preparation and complexity. When mastered, we get a well-rounded balance of bittersweet structure and moderate acidity.
