Our Head Roaster Doug has crafted together a Costa Rican Tarrazu style bean and roasted it to a medium profile. Tasting Notes are more on the mild side with a bit of a sweet side. Perfect for those looking to enjoy a quiet morning cup on the deck in the shadow of our great American flag or filling up your travel mug and heading out to attack the day.
