Organic, excellent, and fresh!

These organically-grown beans hail from Chiapas (Now into the fresh 2023 crop!), which is in the southern region of Mexico—bordering Guatemala. We are pleasantly surprised at how awesome and complex this coffee is. Roasted on the lighter side of medium, there is a brilliant acidity that begins with a hint of red apple and evolves into a roasted almond/milk chocolate finish.
